Purpose

The Hardman Group Text Messages sends appointment confirmations, technician arrival updates, and replies to customer service questions. The program also sends work reminders to our employees and technicians.

How to opt in

Customers opt in verbally when they call 929-580-8642 or 646-970-9946 or request service, including by checking the optional text-message box on the website service request form. Checking that box is optional. Employees and technicians opt in in writing.

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
